The Park@Slebech has developed a reputation as one of the finer Restaurants
Under head chef David Bleay, the seasonal menus reflect the best of Pembrokeshire
produce using locally sourced ingredients including fresh fruit and vegetables
and, during the winter months, game from the estate.
Dishes are purposefully uncomplicated to bring out the true taste of the ingredients
with a visual impact that complements the simple but chic design of the interior

the water and in the winter you can sit in front of a roaring log fire.
Children of all ages are very welcome in the Park @ Slebech Restaurant. We do not
have a Junior Menu as such but our chefs will prepare something special that will
suite your fancy on the day.
Lunch Lunch is served Monday to Saturday
with a selection of seasonal dishes.
On Sundays there is an à la carte menu that always includes our chef's signature filet of beef.
A traditional cream tea with sandwiches, freshly made scones and our chef's home made
cakes is served each day.
