the freshest of ingredients, the majority of it locally produced. They can prepare
sumptuous banquets to suite all types of wedding including a wide variety of ethnic
dishes. Over a weekend they will provide the guests with a spectrum of gastronomic
experiences from the formal to the informal to create that lasting impression. For
smaller weddings our chefs can be even more creative in the design of the menu to
create something truly memorable for the select few.
Intimate Occassions
Set at the end of a 1½ mile private road over looking what is often referred
to as the "hidden waterway", Slebech Park has an unusual tranquility that creates
an ideal atmosphere for that small, intimate wedding reception. With a smaller wedding
there is even more choice for every part of the day or weekend - each part of the
celebration can take place in a different location creating more of a suprise for
